About the Event

The Reigning Classic Car & Moto Show is a one-of-a-kind event hosted at Reigning Grace Ranch, surrounded by desert mountains, classic cars, custom motorcycles, live music, and the energy of a real working ranch. This show brings together the Arizona car culture, the moto community, and the ranch family for a day of connection, nostalgia, and purpose.

Why It Matters

All vendor fees directly support Reigning Grace Ranch’s equine-assisted programs for veterans and first responders. Your booth isn’t just a space, it’s part of making life-changing experiences possible for the people who’ve served our community.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re curating a lineup of quality vendors who align with the vibe of the show: local makers, western or retro-inspired brands, leatherwork, art, classic car/moto-adjacent businesses, food and beverage, and anyone who adds something unique to the experience.

What to Expect

Large crowds, beautiful scenery, amazing photo ops, and a chance to be part of the first ever Reigning Classic Car & Moto Show. Spots are limited and will be reviewed in the order applications are received.

Vendor Fee

All vendor fees are non-refundable. As a fundraising event, all fees directly support Reigning Grace Ranch's equine therapy programs for veterans & first responders.

Retail Vendor: $60
Beverage Vendor: $75
Food Trucks: $100

Vendor Power Requirements

I will bring my own power source (generator, battery station, etc.).

Please provide a brief description of what you sell and what type of customer your business is geared toward. This helps us curate a balanced vendor lineup.

The vendor fee is non-refundable.
As this is a fundraising event, all fees go directly to support the Veterans & First Responder Program.
If you need to cancel we respectfully request at least 7 days notice so we can offfer the spot to another vender.
Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. All vendors are reviewed to ensure a balanced lineup for the event.
